East Ulverstone Primary School is

Enrolling your child at East Ulverstone Primary School
When you enrol your child
in a Tasmanian government school for the first time, you will be
required to provide evidence of the child’s identity and age. A Birth
Certificate is the easiest way to do this. You will
also need to print and fill in the
student enrolment
application form. This form will require Adobe Acrobat reader
to open and print.
If your
child is already enrolled in another Tasmanian government school you
will only need to complete a student enrolment application form (above).
Children
who are aged 4 years at the first of January are eligible for
kindergarten. |

Getting To East Ulverstone Primary School
From Eastland Drive, turn
on to Russell Avenue. Continue to the Crawford Street intersection and
turn right. Drive directly ahead in to the school car park.
Transport
East Ulverstone Primary School is serviced by contracted and
private buses which collect and deliver children to Town, North Motton,
Turners Beach, East Ulverstone, West Ulverstone & Castra Rd. For more
information on services contact the school office during school hours. |

School Uniform
School uniform is strongly encouraged and supported by the School
Association. The uniform colours are
RED and NAVY.
Items include - Red polo shirts, navy polar fleece vests,
red polar fleece jackets, navy track pant, bucket or legionnaire hat,
navy pleated skirt, summer dress, black footwear and white socks.
Uniform items are available from Mainesafe on Alexander Road or Maveric
Clothing on Reibey Street, both in Ulverstone. A second hand uniform pool
is available. |

Nationally Accredited with
experienced, caring staff.
Catering for ages 5-12.
Open daily from 2pm-6pm and in school vacations from
7.30am-6.00pm. Student free days also catered for.
School holiday programs available 1 month before the school
holidays from the service at East Ulverstone Primary School,
and from the Ulverstone Child Care Centre, corner of James
